02 - In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, almond flour, and salt until evenly combined.
03 - Stir together maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smooth.
04 - Pour wet mixture over dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until a sticky dough forms.
05 - Transfer dough to prepared pan and press firmly into an even layer. Sprinkle toasted sliced almonds evenly across the surface, pressing lightly to adhere.
06 - Bake in preheated oven for 22–25 minutes or until the edges are golden and almonds are fragrant.
07 - Remove pan from oven and place on a wire rack. Allow to cool completely before lifting out and slicing into bars.
