Non-Alcoholic Coquito Mocktail (Printable)

01 - 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
02 - 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
03 - 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

04 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
05 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
06 - 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
07 - Pinch of ground cloves (optional)

→ Garnish

08 - Ground cinnamon or cinnamon sticks, for serving

# Method:

01 - Add coconut milk, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and ground cloves to a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and fully combined.
02 - Taste and adjust the quantity of spices as preferred. If the mixture is too thick, pour in cold water or extra evaporated milk in small increments until the desired consistency is reached.
03 - Transfer the blended mixture to a pitcher or large jar. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or until thoroughly chilled.
04 - Shake or stir the mixture well before serving. Pour into small glasses and garnish each with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or a cinnamon stick.
