01 - 2 cups frozen mango chunks
02 - 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 4 limes)
03 - 1/4 cup orange juice
04 - 2 tablespoons agave syrup or honey
05 - 1/2 cup cold water, plus additional as needed
06 - 1 cup ice cubes
→ Garnishes
07 - Lime wedges for rimming and garnish
08 - Coarse sea salt or Tajín seasoning for rimming glass
09 - Fresh mango slices, optional
# Method:
01 - Rub a lime wedge along the rim of each glass. Dip the rims into coarse sea salt or Tajín to create an even coating. Set prepared glasses aside.
02 - Place frozen mango chunks, freshly squeezed lime juice, orange juice, agave syrup, cold water, and ice cubes into a blender.
03 - Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and slushy. If the texture is too thick, gradually add extra water to reach preferred consistency.
04 - Taste the mixture and, if required, add additional agave syrup or honey for balance.
05 - Pour the blended mango mixture evenly into prepared glasses.
06 - Decorate with lime wedges and optional mango slices. Serve immediately for optimal refreshment.
