# Method:
01 - Set oven temperature to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese and cream cheese. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
03 - Transfer blended cheeses to a large mixing bowl. Add shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch or blue cheese dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
04 - Stir in half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses into the mixture.
05 - Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 8-inch baking dish.
06 - Distribute the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over the top.
07 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until the mixture is hot and bubbly throughout.
08 - Optional: Place under broiler for 2 to 3 minutes to achieve a golden, bubbly surface.
09 - Remove from oven and garnish with sliced green onions and crumbled blue cheese. Serve immediately with celery sticks, carrot sticks, tortilla chips, or crackers.
