# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • You literally make it once and eat it for days without thinking, which is the dream when your mornings are chaos.
  • It tastes like dessert for breakfast but your body actually knows it's being taken care of, not just indulged.
  • No cooking required means you can throw this together in your pajamas at any time of day and feel productive.
02 -
  • Resist the urge to use flavored nut butters at first—let the recipe shine on its own before you get creative with variations once you understand how the flavors work together.
  • If your almond butter is separated with oil on top, stir it back together before swirling so you get an even distribution throughout the jar instead of one creamy section and one dry section.
03 -
  • Make three or four jars at once on Sunday evening so you have no decisions to make on weekday mornings, which honestly changes your entire relationship with breakfast.
  • If you forget to chill overnight, this still works fine—the texture will be slightly less creamy but completely edible and honestly still better than scrambling for breakfast.
